About Katelyn

Katelyn is the 2023 & 2022 company top producing agent at Howard Hanna for the Charlottesville office and was recently awarded 2023 CAAR Sales Associate of the Year. She has earned Howard Hanna National Sales Excellence qualifying as top 5% of Howard Hanna agents nationwide. She holds designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS), and Real Estate Staging Affiliate (RESA). She was voted a finalist for Cville Magazine's "Best of CVille" top agent.

 

Katelyn has been a Professional Honor Society recipient since 2018 and served as CAAR Young Professionals Network Chair in 2023. She was the 2020 Good Neighbor Award winner and has been interviewed for local news publications such as the Daily Progress and 29 News.

 

Katelyn gives back to local charities and dedicates a lot of her time volunteering for non-profit organizations such as Toy Lift, Habitat for Humanity and City Serve at her church. She served as the 2023 Fluvanna SPCA Board of Directors President and still serves on the board today. She is often seen showing property accompanied by her rescue pup and four-legged assistant “Minnie.”

 

She graduated with a Business Degree from Bridgewater College and was an accomplished student-athlete riding on the Equestrian Team. She still rides, competes and is a member of the Farmington Hunt Club. She is an avid yogi and enjoys sponsoring and playing on her co-rec softball team.

 

Being a second-generation real estate agent, she brings a variety of exceptional sales, marketing, and negotiation skills to her clients.
